Difficult to even properly rate. Bizarre spoken word...if you can call it that.rThe title track is easily the most compelling despite the length. I feel like he could have cut out most of the other tracks to shorten it and it wouldn't have lost me as much but still. Sounds like stumbling upon a series of ramblings from someone who's lost their mind.
