Scattered Fragments of the Eternal Dream is an engaging piece of psychedelic ambient/dub, with somewhat pleasant post-rock influences peppered throughout. While few tracks shift from the same sort of thing, the 'sort of thing' which Kalpataru Tree produces is relaxing enough to ease into, but flecked with so many nuances that an hour passes before you realise. Difficult to pick out particular highlights, but highly pleasant from start to finish.
