Probably my favorite album in the scene of poppy crappy nu-country that has ridden and infest the mainstream like mosquitos, and thats probably only because Paisley actually has a nack for guitar playing and occasionally has interesting lyrics ("Alcohol" is about as good as it gets for pop country). Despite this, the album is still riddled with over-production, and the fact that Paisley still doesn't know any other scale other than a friggin G. I'd recommend this on an odd day, otherwise, naaah.

The music is fine and the lyrics are mostly great. However, some of the lyrics come off as too listy.
