Equally as good as their more recent effort Legend, Abigail Williams successfully combine a range of different genres, producing a superb blend of black, death and melodic metal. Piano and keyboards are used to excellent effect, with a strong vocal performance - manic shrieks and screams, as well as some epic clean vocal sections. As far as guitars go, everything here is speedy and melodic. However, undoubtedly the biggest standout here is the drumming which is excellent in every respect. A definite recommendation to any metal fan.
