Oddly disjointed with likable nu-jazz tracks such as "Serafin", but there are curious moments throughout the album. For one there's a lot of "jabber", not necessarily filler, but the long sequences of 'atmospheric' crowd noises and such are unwarranted and if this album shows anything its Jaga Jazzist in transition to their next record, the heralded A Livingroom Hush. Some thought-provoking experimentation, but when they finally meld what they're trying to do it works. Unfortunately its not consistent through the beginning of the album. Once it gets its footing undesired effects in "Ekteskap" are purely drivel to be honest, losing interest in the 2 minute borefest of radio clamor until they finally decide to do something with their time. Jaga Jazzist's first fall, albeit only into their young career. Oh...right and the 28 minute comedy session "Out of Reach (or Switched Off)" is utterly brutal.
