4.0 excellent | justinkrap | October 14th 20 | The album itself continues on from Noise Complaint, with a more refined tone. Still has that Koe Wetzel touch; red dirt, outlaw country music that envelopes lost loves and under the influence decisions.rForever is what you expect from a Koe Wetzel album. Loud riffs, bittersweet story.rThe next few tracks follow that theme, but Too High To Cry really shows how refined Koe has gotten as a singer and songwriter. She Can't Stop Crying goes acoustic and it's my favorite song on the album. It does a good job at revealing that maybe expectations of people get too big sometimes, and it affects his relationship with someone he cares about. The album ends on a high note, with Sancho. Basically a great song to shotgun beers to, ands listening to Koe usually leads you to do.
