2.5 average | Zanareth | November 21st 14 | Pretty standard goregrind, if you're into that sort of thing.

2.0 poor | TheAJMetal | September 13th 14 | I've never been the biggest grind fan, I'll admit. I've listened to my share of grind and I've discovered I typically like the more straight-faced, serious grindcore and maybe some more violent grind of the early 90s, which was more influenced by old-school death metal. GO-ZEN, an admittedly interesting grindcore band from Japan, is neither of those things. The drumming is pure blast beats, the guitar riffs are all similar. The production is horrible. The vocals sound like they're just messing around. I'm not sure if there are lyrics. The cover was more interesting than the listen.

2.5 average | Jared Floryan | September 3rd 14 | In comparison to the band's debut album, Hinamatsuri's production job is slightly weaker. There really isn't else to talk about, since this was an EP after all. But if you're a fan of Jig-Ai or prefer grind to be as filthy and bare bones as possible, then this release is right up your alley.
