A British trio composed of Stewart Copeland (drums), Andy Summers (guitar), and Sting (vocals, bass), the Police mixed elements of Punk,

Sting-Summers-Copeland would remain for the rest of their existence. The Police recorded five studio albums over the span of their career.
However, their final album released in 1983, Synchronicity is commonly referred to as a classic as well as the greatest of their works.
