Urt (translation: soul of death) is a pagan black metal band from Põlva, Estonia, founded in 2004 by members Pimedus (vocals) and Thonolan (drums, guitar, fx). They are regarded as one of the frontrunners of the Estonian black metal scene and are noted for their authentic pagan feel.
