Angelcorpse

Angelcorpse were a blackened death metal band from Kansas, who formed during 1995 by bassist/vocalist Pete Helmkamp, guitarist Gene Palubicki, and drummer John Longstreth. During 2006, the group reformed; "It just seems like the planets realigned. It's not like we didn't get along or that there were any bridges to mend." stated an excited Helmkamp during an interview. This excitement however was short-lived. After 2007's 'Of Lucifer and Lightning' and its supporting tour the following year, musical differences were beginning to take their toll. Consequently, Angelcorpse officially announced their split in April 2009. « hide
