Billy Gilman is a country-pop singer from Rhode Island. He debuted with a bang, scoring a hit with One Voice in 2000 at the age of 12. He released two more albums, including a Christmas record, before going on hiatus while his voice changed.
He has since re-emerged and has a wildly devoted fanbase.
