Dicta License was a Filipino nu metal band that formed in 1999. The group were known for their political themes, and seem tohave been heavily
influenced by the legendary rap rock group, Rage Against the Machine. The group initially split in 2007, butappeared to have reunited in 2011, only to
disband once again in 2013.
