Geno Cultshit was a horrorcore rapper and singer, and one-half of the group Dark Half. He was known for his powerful, commanding voice and grunge-influenced singing. His lyrics touched on themes of depression, drug addiction, heartbreak, and mental instability, as well as the more standard horrorcore lyrical topics of murder and disturbing violence. Geno tragically passed away of a drug overdose at the Gathering of the Juggalos in 2015.
