Golden Ashes is a post punk band from Broomfield, Colorado. They formed in 2010 and have been gradually making a name for themselves in the local music scene. They have had an escalating fuede through their career with Keifer Mitchel, lead singer of Broomfield based band, Keifanies Kubes. Golden Ashes influences range from David Bowie and LCD Soundsystem to The Smiths and The Strokes. As one would expect from a band with their range of influences, Golden Ashes' music is at times erratic and disjointed. However, Golden Ashes has developed a small but loyal fan base in Broomfield.
