Kaiser Chiefs are an indie rock band which formed in Leeds, England in early 2003. The band originally consisted of Ricky Wilson (vocals),
Andrew White (guitar), Simon Rix (bass), Nick “Peanut” Baines (keyboards) and Nick Hodgson (drums). However, Vijay Mistry replaced Hodgson
on drums in 2012. The band has released six albums as of 2017 and has also released 24 singles, including the hits 'I Predict A Riot', 'Oh My
God', 'Ruby' and 'Never Miss A Beat'.
The band’s main musical influences include The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Kinks, Blur, The Clash, Eric Burdon, The Jam, and other new wave
bands.
