Kaname Kawabata is a Japanese pop singer. He got his first break as one-half of the popular Japanese R&B duo, Chemistry,
along Yoshikuni Dochin. However, in 2012, Chemistry announced its hiatus, and both Dochin and Kawabata embarked on solo
careers. Out of the the two solo careers, Kawabata seems to be the closest to Chemistry's style, as it not only takes influences
from R&B, but also electropop.
