Kazuhisa Okubo is a Japanese musician, best known as one-half of the tremendously successful folk duo Kaze. After Kaze
disbanded in 1979, Okubo attempted to launch a solo career, which ended up flopping in general. Although he has not recorded
any original solo material since 1982, he is now known to tour at multiple venues across Japan, usually at sporadic times.
