Make-Up was a legendary Japanese hard rock band that first formed in 1982. Becoming a major band after just a year together, the group signed to
Nippon Columbia in late 1983, and became one of the most popular hard rock bands in Japan during the 80's. After releasing only four singles and
four full length albums, however, Make-Up ended up disbanding in 1987. The group would later temporarily reunite, however, from 2009 through
2011.
