Mandi Perkins is a songwriter from Toronto, Canada and lead singer in the band “of Verona”. Her ambitions inspired a move to California to pursue both a career in music and to attend UC Berkeley where she graduated with Honors with a degree in English Literature. Immediately following graduation, Mandi made a move to Los Angeles in order to pursue a career in music while simultaneously attending law school.
Mandi toured the country and performed regularly at venues on the Sunset Strip such as The Roxy, The Viper Room, The Key Club and The Troubadour. She graduated, passed the California State Bar and completed her first independent full length album, bleeding the line …, in 2007. Songs from bleeding the line … have been featured on The Hills and The Real World on MTV and in Girlfriends on the CW. « hide |
