The folk-rock quartet was formed in Liverpool, England in 1986 and consisted of Speed brothers Tim (guitar) & Paul (drums), Shiobhan Maher (vocalist) and Dave Snell (bass). The band signed with EMI records soon after appearing on 'The Chart Show'.
They disbanded shortly after recording their second album "This is The World" in 1991.
