Sheila and the Insects are an alternative rock band from the Philippines that first formed in 1995. The group went on to release
four albums, and eventually established a strong underground following for their atmospheric, experimental-progressive sound. In
2006, Sheila and the Insects ended up mysteriously disappearing, although the group returned for a few live shows from 2009
through 2014, until disappearing once more in late 2014. In the summer of 2015, after a several-month disappearance, Sheila
and the Insects returned, and were reportedly in the process of the recording their long-awaited fifth album. The album, "Love
or Limbo", is set to be finally released in late 2017.
