Smorgas are an alternative/nu metal band from Japan. Formed in 1997, the group had some slight mainstream success, but
ended up splitting in 2008 due to a marijuana scandal involving one of the band's frontmen, Kato Raimon. However, this split
would prove to be short lived, as they ended up reforming two years later in 2010.
