Do you miss the genuine powerful thrust of the classic heavy rock, the prog edge and the fresh savagery of early proto heavy metal bands of the
70’s when yet the term heavy metal was forged but not widely used and abused as in the years to come?
Well if you do, then your wish is fulfilled by the groovy blend of The Ossuary sound:
a mix of Sabbathian riffs, gloomy Pentagram moods, melodic Thin Lizzy/Wishbone Ash/early Iron Maiden guitar leads, Captain Beyond prog
passages and epic leaks ala Rainbow.
The band formed in Bari, Southern Italy in late october 2014 and in 2 years they recorded a couple of promos which managed to attract the
attention of some underground labels and fans of heavy rock and doom.
