Throne of Chaos is a Finnish metal band that released three albums in the early 2000s. Their debut showcased melodic death
metal ala Children of Bodom, but on their second album the band changed into a progpower/thrash combo. For their final album
they dropped their extreme metal affiliations completely and went for progressive power metal with hints of Jazz. Throne of
Chaos was disbanded in 2005.
