yup my pedal i got with mine was bad, so i swapped it with my double pedal i had on my normal kit. but if it doesn't have a bass drum pad, you'll have to live with it.

Well recently i purchased an electric drum kit....

Well recently i purchased an electric drum kit. It was the Yamaha DTXplorer. I haven't had any problems with it since and its a great beginnners kit.
