Uriah Heep on this album are the definition of "aging gracefully". Coming into this one, my expectations where quite low but these guys have found a sound that they are really comfortable with and their songwriting follows that. The music here is, as as expected, hard rock with progressive leanings that brings to mind modern Deep Purple. Of course, the use of keyboards is extensive and Bernie Shaw's vocals are impressive especially considering this age. On the downside, there are moments that hint to the band's back catalog and the album seems to drag a bit. However, those aren't enough to reduce what is a great achievement by these legends.
