For me there was only a "Big Three" - AIC, PJ and Nirvana were by far the best grunge bands.

Masterpiece. The best vocal performance by Layne Staley weights in favor of it.

Very close to the above, Dirt has some annoying moments, but overall contains the best material from all grunge era.

Here lies the most powerful stuff from Nirvana: "Dive", "Aero Zeppelin", 'Big Long Now" and "Aneurysm". Also "Sliver" and
"Turnaround" are great.

Along with Incesticide, the both were overshadowed by the mainstream focused Nevermind and In Utero, a decadent attempt
back to underground. This album is very hard... a standout from dirty Seattle sound.

Only terrific songs... Pearl Jam made history with this album.
