01.28.13 | Root for the players to do well but the team to lose. For instance in football i would root for the packers to go down big early so Randall Cobb could collect a bunch of yards/touchdowns while they try to catch up but ultimately lose. In baseball i root for Alex Rios to hit 3 home runs while hoping for the rest of the team to blow out their knees on a swinging third strike. Usually if i really hate a specific player i wont take them at all. |

01.28.13 | naming captain feels like a total crapshoot. fortunately went with santi last week with the two games, though he didn't come through as well as the other gunners last week. he was the only one I had, but I had to pick up walcott to see if he can continue his good run of form. putting sentimentality aside though, mata has been my main producer this year. and i've gotten a fair bit of points from bale as well. but I could never play an ex-arsenal player. |

01.28.13 | the only way I can realistically get rvp in (which I really have to do now although I was putting it off before whilst tevez was keeping up with him) is by selling mata, which is difficult to do.
I can replace him from that group of players between 9.4-9.6 near the top. probably will pick between gerrard and walcott cos they're both in form at the moment.
how do the wildcards work? is there one for the whole season or do you get one just for the transfer window? |
