changes everytime but today it was
flat bench with dumbells, 3 sets ascending then ending with a drop set starting at 70% of my max and going down
incline barbell press, same 3 sets ascending then drops
flat bench flies, 5 sets ascending 1 with little weight for as many reps as possible
chest dips, starting with body weight then using the belt with the chain to go up to a plate then 2 (so that extra 90 lbs plus my heavy ass self kills)
decline bench, 3 sets ascending one drop
seated bench machine at the very end of my workout and do the rack (around 300 lbs)
chest = dummied |

06.08.13 | My shitty ass gym only goes up to 75's on dumbell so I cant afford to do that unfortunately. However I do make sure i'm properly warmed up before going ham, especially legs. I do back extensions and plenty of BW squats and lunges to prepare. My shoulders pop every now and then so I have to take good care especially with those. |

Thought I would be paralyzed or have to have back surgery at the time because the pain was brutal but but thank Odin for the power rack and my luck. Back pain/problems only lasted a few weeks fortunately and went away after. |

06.13.13 | time is more affected by rest time and what kind of reps you do than necessarily w/o volume. if you do strength myos/clusters with circuits and get funky with some of that here and some of that there with some good rest pauses in between you'll sure take a good amount of time. but if you really want to you can def. be done with a good workout in under an hour if not even less. hell, you can even split the day if you feel like it. |
