08.01.06 | Slayer fans seldom make any attempt to interact with me, so I have yet to get a chance to observe them in their natural habitat. |

08.01.06 | Hawthorne Heights? I guess 11 year old girls can be pretty mean... |

08.01.06 | I said "hostile." As in quick to anger and go on the offensive. That doesn't mean they actually have a snowball's chance in hell of posing a threat to me or anyone else for that matter. Just that they're easier to provoke than a hyperactive chihuahua on speed. |

08.01.06 | I don't mind if people make fun of Zeppelin. I do it, anyway. One thing though pikey, you're missing AFI. Check out Hep Kat's decemberundergorund review for that shit. |

05.29.07 | Agree with nearly all of these. If I say something bad about one of
the emo bands my friends like they kill. Never personally met an
uber Metallica fanboy but have seen plenty on this site and definitely
agree that it holds the number one spot for hostile fanboys/girls.
(Though I like Metallica and I don't really care who says they hate
them or not. Everyone has their own opinions; as long as they don't
force people to agree with them, then I don't care who hates what.) |

08.09.08 | I am surprised to see that Opeth is not on this list. I've read plenty of Opeth reviews' comments where people bash Opeth and the fanboys are pretty relentless with their defense. I'm a pretty big Opeth fan and even I find the defense a bit much most of the time. |
