mkamrass 07.02.14	@MO: With a lot of the bands, it is the vocals on the album that have a dramatic musical feel to it. With others and some of the same, it is how they use synthesizers or pianos a lot that have that musical feel. I also feel like production went into how some have a musical feel, particularly the powerful orchestra type of sound (Devin, Rammstein, Eisbrecher, etc.). Some have the elements of just a kind of humor or corky feel to them (Dethklok, Vulture Industries). Also, Ghost is basically a rock opera. As I said, some have more than just one element. The best example of the one band on here that has the most elements (virtually everyone I said above actually) is Devin Townsend on Epicloud.
mkamrass 07.02.14	One last thing to add, let me not forget MAKE-UP and COSTUMING, YEAH!!! (Ghost, Rammstein, and Dodheimsgard). Speaking of Rammstein, they also do some acting on stage with their insane but quite funny stage acts. :D
