TheSpirit
02.15.19 | WIITR wins all for me but what do ya'll think |
Elynna
02.15.19 | Agalloch wins easily for me, although I love Diadem of 12 Stars |
DungeonBoy
02.15.19 | Both! |
Sinternet
02.15.19 | yeah both rule but i'll go wolves overall
they're a great live band too (I'm sure agalloch are as well but never saw them) |
DungeonBoy
02.15.19 | They were as they started playing more shows. Their early shows were a bit rough but their Faustian Echoes tour was incredible m/ RIP |
hansoloshotfirst
02.15.19 | Agalloch (not even close imo) |
DungeonBoy
02.15.19 | Agalloch is more interesting, but WITTR is more transcendental. |
hesperus
02.15.19 | it’s close for me. i’d say WITTR’s best album (Two Hunters) is better than Agalloch’s best album (Ashes Against the Grain), but Agalloch’s discog is more consistently great |
Artuma
02.15.19 | agalloch has the stronger overall discog but two hunters is arguably better than anything agalloch made |
Keyblade
02.15.19 | i would agree if Agalloch didnt make Ashes |
Nazzadan
02.15.19 | Early WITTR is where it's at but I just have to parrot the opinion of pureists and say it's just watered down Weakling. So for originality I have to give it to Agalloch, and for strength in discography over time.
In a vacuum though the first WITTR albums win. |
R4zor3dge
02.15.19 | Definitely Agalloch. Even if their later output is a bit weak, their first three albums are top notch. Especially The Mantle. |
Gameofmetal
02.15.19 | WITTR by far |
farmer56
02.16.19 | agalloch |
Sunnyvale
02.16.19 | Agalloch, both rule though |
