My Civ5 Mod: Concrete & Infrastructure

So I made this mod a while back and never shared it online. It is a HUGE mod that drastically overhauls every aspect of the game and adds several new mechanics. The main reason I have been hesitant to share it is that it is mod that overhauls another mod: Superpowers. I had no hand in the original creation of Superpowers. This mod differs GREATLY from Superpowers, adds dozens of new buildings and mechanics. Download link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1f6-BPEVxkxZY4yW74rSvQUme0wi5-zIp/view?usp=sharing

Install Guide: Go to your folder My Games, find Civ5 and open the zip into mods. Go in-game and activate 'Superpowers' and 'DLL'. The mod is good to go. It adds HUNDREDS of new buildings and new mechanics including manpower, electricity and pollution.

I have spent literally hundreds of hours on balancing. Every civilization is viable and has a unique playstyle that differs from other civilizations.
3Deathspell Omega
Fas - Ite, Maledicti, In Ignem Aeternum

Social Policies are much stronger and have a greater impact on your game. EVERY tree is viable. It is recommended however that every class takes Honor at some point.
4Deathspell Omega
Paracletus

Prayer: prayer is now much more impactful, there are two Wonders that cost Prayer to buy: St. Peter's Basilica and The Kaaba. Both provide huge bonuses for the person who can reach them first.
5Deathspell Omega
Si Monvmentvm Reqvires Circvmspice

Manpower: So a big gripe I had with the original Civ5 is one person ends up snowballing and the game always becomes you vs 1 AI. Manpower limits the size of armies, meaning it holds you back from snowballing. Like in a real war, the majority of your troops should be foot soldiers they are less strong but cost less Manpower. Tanks for example require a huge amount of manpower but are very powerful so there is give and take in every way you choose to compose your army. Wonders also cost Manpower so it is no longer viable to spam Wonders but be very careful on selecting which powerful Wonders you want for your playstyle.

CIty Size: Your cities need to be a certain size to build certain buildings. Buildings come in Village, Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL and Global. The larger your city the more powerful buildings you will be able to put into it. The less cities you have the faster they will grow. Do you want to go wide or tall?
7Wintersun
Wintersun

Electricity: Once you hit a certain era electricity becomes unlocked. A lot of futuristic buildings require electricity. It is most expensive to hook up a city to electricity for the first time. There is more cost each time a city goes up in size but the cost is less, you may notice if you expand too much that it starts becoming too expensive but you will have science and resources that out rivals everyone else.
8Mare Cognitum
Solar Paroxysm

Consumer Goods: Consumer Goods limit the amount of certain buildings and trade routes you can have. You always have to be careful to have enough Consumer Goods, perhaps you may even want certain Wonders that help you get more Consumer Goods.
9The Ruins Of Beverast
Rain Upon the Impure

Pollution: more electricity plants and factories creates more pollution creating sickness and cancer. Your population grows faster the less pollution it has. There are also buildings that counter the growth loss due to pollution such as hospitals.
10Immolation
Majesty and Decay

Difficulty: This mod is more difficult than the default game. I tried to cover every level of play. The recommended play is Epic time, difficulty level 5, Pangea. Difficulty 4 is normal on the slight side of easy. Difficulty 7 is extremely hard and Deity 8 is essentially unbeatable but fun to play around in.
11Ad Nauseam
Imperative Imperceptible Impulse

Naval Play: Building your Navy is essential but costs Manpower. There is dinstict choice you have to make do you want to a strong Navy or a strong Army? You will almost always be vulnerable on one front perhaps you build away from the water but trade routes over water provide ALOT more gold.
12Behemoth
The Satanist

A lot of these mechanics and buildings may seem overwhelming at first but you have to get used to a new way of approaching the game. You aren't meant to build everything. Build what is most effective for your strategy.
