weakest links in their bands
1Metallica
Master of Puppets

For me this is a no brainer.. Lars U-- JUST KIDDING IT'S KIRK. He literally adds nothing. His best solos we aped from Dave Mustaine and James writes the majority of the riffs. Dude can't improvise live, had trouble learning the "Some Kind of Monster" riff, and his lead work is garbage.
2Iron Maiden
Somewhere in Time

This is going to hurt some feelings, but CURRENTLY Bruce is easily the weakest member of the band. Up until 2013 I would argue that Maiden had no weak link but based on the most recent single, I have to go with Brucey boi.
3Maroon 5
Songs About Jane

Everyone who is not Adam Levine, but also Adam Levine. The former b/c has band hasn't even used guitars, bass, drums since their first album and the latter b/c he is just terrible.
4Killswitch Engage
Incarnate

This is coming from someone who would probably count Alive or Just Breathing in their top 5 records of all time, but Jesse has got to fucking go. Dude has not done anything for this band since 2013. I think his limitations as singer have shackled the band to a sound that just isn't very good.
5Underoath
Define the Great Line

I truly believe it was Spencer throwing his weight around that caused Erase Me to be the bland, nu-post-metalcore trash that it was. Bro toured with BMTH once and said, "That's the Spirit!" and then aped their whole schtick. HIs vocals on the new one are okay I guess but the lyrics are not it.
