Avagantamos 12.07.23	with the way I rate albums, one quality standout track can often singlehandedly earn an album a score of 3.5, or even 4, depending on the quality of the rest of the album. i can't think of anything I have rated 3 or lower that has something I absolutely love. that said however, Hearbeats by The knife comes to mind. overall the album is great but that song definitely stands out as the highlight.

I felt the same about it for a while but idk it grew on me!

But really Catamaran is definitely one of the best on the album and one of the best openers ever, but I'd put others on the album up there with it. I'm a big fan of Great Dinosaurs in particular. Okay yeah maybe none of the others tho. But it's a high bar and every song is great.

No, but She Came Home For Christmas, Comforting Sounds, and Symmetry are in the same league. the rest is very close behind. the middle is a bit less immediate for that album but it all falls into place. you should check more Mew. +- (controversial) and No More Stories are above Frengers for me
