Mr. Lizard
02.03.09 | Sorry 'bout posting it as albums but otherwise descriiptions don't show. |
FattyKnee
02.03.09 | pretty much agreed with all of them. i don't listen to tool that much anymore |
chrisonsputnik
02.03.09 | yep these are all amazing. The chorus to Stinkfist seems to send a wee smile to my face every time tho as well |
Mendigo
02.03.09 | the end of Lateralus is the best.
or wait, maybe it's the "Aliiiiiiiiiive" part of Parabola. or that short moment on Schism when it's all calm for one riff and then all hell breaks loose again. ah, I don't know. |
rotterdog
02.03.09 | I'd add the guitar solo in Jamba, but this stuff is all great too. |
Lunarfall
02.03.09 | my favorite tool moments: none of them, it all sucks |
Shiver44
02.03.09 | Needs more Pushit, especially the solo at the end of the song leading into Maynard's most amazing vocal performance in my opinion.
"Remember I'll always love you, if I throw your f'n throat away, it will end no other way" |
gasmaskman
02.03.09 | I like the "So good to see you once again..." part right before the end of Third Eye.
Also Rosetta Stoned at around 8:30 when Maynard starts singing and Danny Carey is going crazy in the backround. |
gasmaskman
02.03.09 | comment above mine is right also - needs more Pushit |
Phantom
02.03.09 | Garth Marenghi: In the end I picked up that pube, and I'm glad I did because it made that gent's a better place to be in. And that, is my question to the government (addresses the camera) Are you prepared to get your hands dirty, or are you gonna let things clog up the cistern? |
NebSnurb
02.04.09 | Agreed with all. |
The Computer
02.04.09 | What about my second favorite song of all time Wings For Marie? I just love it when the guitar just builds up and plays that haunting tune after the bells. |
Abdar112
02.04.09 | "You thought that I had run away
Chasing the tail of a dogma"
-Third Eye |
Merkaba33
02.04.09 | agreed with most all. except third eye the best part is "so glad to see you! i've missed you so much." may be the greatest moment in all music for me. and the few minutes of reflection send chills up my spine. im trying not to listen to tool for a while. reason being it will allow me to listen to other music that i wouldn't normally listen to. AND i stopped listening to them like 6 or 7 years back and then when i came back to them it was like listening to them for the first time (which was amazing.) |
Merkaba33
02.04.09 | i mean LAST few minutes of reflection |
Pebster49
02.04.09 | Good List is good |
