My Favourite Albums Part III

Probably my last chapter of my favourite albums ever.
1 Nine Inch Nails
The Downwards Spiral

Just awesome, my favourite NIN album next to The Fragile. So many emotions are expressed through
the
music, it is practically a work of art.
2Radiohead
The Bends

The first truly great Radiohead release, this album is amazing with great guitar hooks and some great,
radio friendly pop songs. After listening to the darker, more alternative Radiohead albums, I still
believe
that this is their best.
3Rage Against The Machine
Rage Against The Machine

Tom Morello is one of my favourite guitarists, full of charisma as well as some really neat guitar tricks,
and
he really makes this album his own, with the rest of Rage practically backing HIM up. The rest of a
band, as
a whole are also amazing. This album is perfect for when you perform hard exercise or need a
motivational
boost to get up and work.
4 The Rolling Stones
Exile On Main Street

I am not the biggest stones fan, but this album is their magnum opus, with some great lyrics that really
show you the harsh lifestyle lead by the band at the time.
5 Red Hot Chili Peppers
Blood Sugar Sex Magik

'Under The Bridge' is possibly one of my favourite songs ever, along with many, many other songs off of
this record.
6Lou Reed
Transformer

Lou Reed is badass. Like no joke, he will mop the floor with you, as well as with any transvestite or
prostitute he happens to see or meet.
7David Bowie
Hunky Dory

Some lighthearted, piano and guitar lead tunes make this album just happy and pleasant all around.
Add in
David Bowies arrogant, feminine style of singing, and you have one killer album.
8Led Zeppelin
Led Zeppelin II

The quintessential hard rock release, this was one of the first albums I ever really listened to and is still
one of my faves.
9System of a Down
Toxicity

Serj Tankian and Daron Malakian make a great vocal duo, with their bizarre harmonies and voices
making
even the strangest lyrics sound amazing. Some think that this album has too much filler, which I find to
be completely untrue, with no song crafted the same as the next.
10Tool
Aenima

Next to Lateralus (and 10000 Days, for that matter), this is my favourite Tool album, as well as one of
my
top albums ever. Every song is unique and very easily enjoyed and appreciated.
