Top 5 Metalcore Albums

Just a list of my newest 5 favorite metalcore albums.
1 Fear Before the March of Flames
The Always Open Mouth

The Always Open Mouth" is a phenomenal album full dramatic choruses, haunting melody, technical riffs and thought-provoking lyrics. It is a dynamic change and quite an accomplishment for this young sextet from Aurora, Colorado.
2HateTimesNine
Shadows

HATETIMESNINE is proof that solid musicianship and carefully crafted songs will always win out in the end over the formulaic, cut-and-dried approach that?s being offered up by just about every other band out there today. Just listen to them here:

3Underoath
Lost in the Sound of Separation

Lost in the Sound of Separation is one of those albums that is filled with songs that can stand independently, but when taken as a collective unit, are just that much better.
436 Crazyfists
A Snow Capped Romance

A Snow Capped Romance is a heady mixture of many of the best bits of hardcore and metal from the past few years. As such, it has that careful balance between the feeling of something new, greater than the sum of its parts, and the warmth and fuzziness of familiarity.
5Burnt by the Sun
Soundtrack to the Personal Revolution

Like the rest of their metal-core brethren, Burnt By the Sun is immensely talented and very young. There debut album is an absolutely insane hardcore-influenced vocal attack, precise and pummelling guitar work, riffs that were ugly but incessantly catchy and the greatest drumming one could ever imagine.
