Iron Maiden: Best To Worst

The band that makes be like humanity. Studio albums only, ofc.
1Iron Maiden
Powerslave

The best. Aces High is hugely catchy and fun. 2 Minutes is a classic, enough said. Losfer Words is a nice display of their instrumental skills. Flash Of The Blade and The Duelists are full of emotion. So is Back In The Village, but with it's silly chorus. Powerslave is brilliant both lyrically and musically.Last but not least, ROTAM finishes with fine style. 5.0

Somewhere In Time

This album has grown on me much more than I belived it would. The cover and booklet are fantastic, and so is the usage of this whole "time" theme. Songs like Wasted Years and Stranger In a Strange Land almost make me cry. 4.5

Piece Of Mind

My first Metal Album. Full of creativity and maturity, it's a decent display of all maiden's qualities. From Where Eagles Dare to To Tame A Land, expect no less than getting your mind blowed. I simply fail to stress how much I like this. 4.5
4Iron Maiden
The Number Of The Beast

In the same league of PoM. Full of metal classics such as 666, Run To The Hills and Children Of The Damned, it also shows a discrete punk influence on tracks like invaders and 22 Acacia Avenue. While Total Eclipse and Gagland aren't exacly the pinnacle of their career, Hallowed Be Thy Name is Iron Maiden's all time best track. 4.5
5Iron Maiden
Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son

I feel that the 7th son concept didn't really contribute much here. It's still superb and easy to enjoy. The title track is one of maiden's very best. 4.5
6Iron Maiden
Brave New World

Would be higher if it wasn't for the chorus repetitiveness. 4.5
7Iron Maiden
Iron Maiden

Excellent, punk sounding album. Di'Anoo is a very pleasant singer. 4.0
8Iron Maiden
Killers

More cohesive than the self titled, but less varied. 4.0
9Iron Maiden
A Matter Of Life And Death

Good lyrics and lenghty music. 4.0
10Iron Maiden
Dance Of Death

Plenty of good music here. Paschendale is orgasmic. 4.0
11Iron Maiden
Fear Of The Dark

5 amazing + 7 mediocre/average songs. 3.5
12Iron Maiden
The X Factor

Solid album, but only very few stand out tracks. 3.5
13Iron Maiden
No Prayer For The Dying

Surprisingly Good. 3.5
14Iron Maiden
Virtual XI

Maiden's sole weak record. Futureal and the epic Clansman prevent it from being awful, though. 3.0
