Minus The Bear - Omni Ranked

Including Broken China.
11Minus the Bear
Animal Backwards

The idea is interesting, it's just way too irritating and repetitive. Should have been better.
10Dayglow Vista Rd.
9My Time

It seems a bit lazy at times to me, but it's undeniably catchy and a solid enough opener.
8Fooled By the Night

Too repetitive for its length, but the guitar solo is neat.
7Excuses
6Hold Me Down
5Broken China
4Into the Mirror

They really bash that one melody into your head in a good way.
3The Thief

Peculiar guitar leads throughout the verse before the band lays back for a dreamy chorus.
2Summer Angel

The instrumentation reminds me a lot of something John Frusciante would write. Perfect chill-out song
with an infectious chorus. I could see this getting solid airplay as a single.
1Secret Country

The song that most recalls Planet of Ice. It may not be as instantly catchy as the rest of the album, but
the guitar work is well-done and inventive and the song very well put together structurally. Feels much
shorter than five and a half minutes long despite its progressive nature.
