Uninspired

Recently I've wanted to write more but everytime I attempt to start a review I keep drawing blanks. Any suggestions to help me get through this rut? Albums are digs/ albums I would eventually like to review.
1Black Swan
The Quiet Divide

So far my AOTY
2Deceased
Fearless Undead Machines

Very close to becoming my favorite death metal album.
3The Push Kings
Far Places

My favorite indie rock record.
4Failures
Failures

Powerviolence supergroup featuring some of the best artists in the genre.
5God Macabre
The Winterlong

An underrated progenitor of the Swedish Death Metal scene.
6Je Suis Le Petit Chevalier
Tropical Malady

One of my favorite ambient albums of this year so far.
7Kerasphorus
Cloven Hooves at the Holocaust Dawn

A pretty cool black/death release from last year.
8DernierMartyr/LifelessSorrow/All theCold
The Plague of Our Lands

A pretty great split featuring Dernier Martyr (shoegaze influenced black metal), Lifeless Sorrow (black/doom) and All the Cold (ambient black metal)
9Reka
I

An excellent post-metal/screamo band.
10Reka
II

Released at the same time as I, II focuses more on Reka's crushing post-metal instrumentation rather than their screamo elements.
