Daddy, Ask The Man For Some Candy.

This is basically my top 20 albums. There isn't much order. Basically the highest ones on the list are my favorites and the lower ones are my least favorites of the group.
1the Beatles
Abbey Road
2the Smiths
The Queen Is Dead

For some reason I just love this album. It always holds my attention and I honestly dig every single track. It's down-beat feeling and the words expressed by Morrisey are easy for me to relate to.
3Jeff Buckley
Grace

Basically the same thing I said about the previous album. Also, Jeff's voice is exceptional.
4Weezer
Pinkerton

I had listened to this quite a bit for a while, then just stopped. A little while later I bought it and remembered why I listened so much. It really brings my mood up when I'm down which is pretty helpful when you're a pissed off teenager.
5 Nick Drake
Fives Leaves Left

It's just awesome.
6the Clash
London Calling

It's just so good. Almost impossible to sit still. I also can't help mumbling the wrong lyrics to almost all the songs.
7Dead Kennedys
Plastic Surgery Disasters

Jello is really smart and basically knows when to be serious, when to be stupid, and when to be both. It's fast and hits you in the balls. With music that's a good thing, though.
8Neil Young
On the Beach

It's got a really great groove. It manages to do the blues without being generic shit. It just adds a certain sound to the songs that really makes the bluesier songs really, really good.
9 the Beatles
A toss up

of Magical Mystery Tour, Sergeant Pepper's, s/t, and Rubber Soul. I would pick if I could. But I can't.
10Nirvana
In Utero

Nirvana's best album. 'Nuff said.
11Nick Drake
Pink Moon

While it's inferior to FLL, it kicks ass.
12 Pink Floyd
Piper at the Gates of Dawn

You just blew my mind.
13 Nirvana
MTV Unplugged

Kurt's voice is ace. Sadly though, the best songs are the covers.
14Neil Young
Rust Never Sleeps

Four words; My, My, Hey, Hey.
Technically two.
15Sonic Youth
Daydream Nation

Sonic Youth basically know how to play; "ajkahsdhbf.rtlyhjrtguibk.afjsdbyuweyr," on a guitar. And it sound awesome.
16Neil Young
After the Gold Rush

It's got great flow (only broken once by Southern Man) and really good songs.
17 Tragically Hip
Fully Completely

This album seems to surprise me everytime I listen to it.
18Elliott Smith
XO

It's just really good. Sadly the only thing I own by him.
19 Sigur Ros
?g?tis Byrjun

To be honest, I only listen to this when I go to sleep. But I always end up just listening to the whole album. Then I just start it over and then go to sleep.
20 Velvet Underground
Loaded and s/t and Nico

As with the Beatles these two are tied. I can't decide between them.
