AngelofDeath 10.31.11	Well, primarily they're a post-metal band, but some places (including RYM) throw around the term "atmospheric sludge metal" instead of post-metal.
greg84 10.31.11	Well. It really depends on which album of theirs you're listening to. Some of them are leaning more towards pure sludge, others more towards atmosheric sludge/post-metal.

greg84 10.31.11	Well, if Clutch are associated with stoner, why not Lionize? I like this album a lot. But, granted it's the lightest album on here. I can assure you most of these are stoner/sludge and they're really heavy at that.

greg84 11.01.11	Funk rules! These bands are not exactly very similar to lionize though. They mix funk, dark reggae and some classic American rock, which gives quite unique quality.
