MisterSteel: Calling All Industrialists

MisterSteel 12.23.11	Woah I edited the list and it didn't take a shit on me. 1,2,4,7 and 10 lean towards EBM. 3 is 90's industrial rock, kind of like if Ministry introduced psychedelic elements. 5 is one of Justin Broderick's side projects. 6 is somewhere between futurepop and industrial, and 9 is a mix of industrial EBM with a slight influence of black metal.

MisterSteel 12.23.11	Oh, and 8 has a lot of different elemnts in it. Shoegaze, pop, and industrial all come to mind as the main forces.

MisterSteel 12.23.11	Thanks Restrikted. Been trying to find that Acumen Nation album for a while with no luck, so if someone could point me in the right direction I'd be appreciative. I'll check out Bigod 20 and A Split Second, as I've heard the others. And yeah, Whitehouse is awesome.

MisterSteel 12.23.11	1 is probably my favorite album on this list. Actually checked it out only because I saw the artwork on a blog I was looking through. Check out the song I posted, and if you want more, go for Vindicate. You should totally check the album out though, worth your time. Catches a sense of real emotion that a lot of albums of its kind tend to fail at.

HeathenEarthling 12.23.11	"Whitehouse (Not too easy to get into)- Great white Death" If Whitehouse does have an easy album to get into, it's this one.
MisterSteel 12.23.11	For Aesthetic Perfection, is A Violent Emotion worth checking out too? Unter Null is fantastic. I've been planning on checking out that Panic Lift album ever since I saw the review on it, so I'll make sure I get on that. As for Acylum, I have Mental Disorder and Karzinom, are The Enemy and Your Pain worth checking out? And speaking of Whitehouse, that's their only album I'm familiar with. They got anything else that I should be listening to?

Acanthus 12.23.11	Cyanotic - anything/everything they've done (seriously) CygnosiC - One Step Forward I've been on a metal kick, due to the holiday season/weather, so I've been having issues keeping to industrial lately. Also been really into more electronic albums, as I love seeing people dance.
MisterSteel 12.23.11	Thanks Relinquished, pretty much everything Justin touches is great. I've got Techno Animal, but I'll definitely go and check out Scorn. It's a general black mage I think, but yeah. Heard The Shizit thrown around these parts alot, so I'll go forth and get that too. One Step Forward was a good EP, thought Fallen was pretty good too. As for Cyanotic, I really didn't care much for The Medication Generation, but I'll go and check out their other stuff to see what I think. Plus, it's been a while, so maybe I should revisit it and see if it changes my mind.
Acanthus 12.23.11	Btw list has some really great stuff on it, though I profess no knowledge of what makes Nachtmahr catchy (always seems to pass me by).
MisterSteel 12.23.11	Haha I've always been a sucker for simple German industrial like them, so I have no objective idea if they're actually that catchy or not. Also, you should absolutely check out 1, I think it's something you would really like. Acanthus 12.23.11	I've started to get most of this list, love 4 and went for the sophomore album rather than 9. I can recommend Gridlock - Further to you, forgot about the group for a moment.
MisterSteel 12.23.11	Never actually checked out the second album from 9, let me know what you think of it. And it's a shame that Flesh Field broke up, would've liked to hear more from them. Cool, I'll go and check that out now.
