Taking Back Sunday

Just Taking Back Sunday records in order from my favorite to my least favorite. More curious to see what people feel about louder now to their self titled.
1Taking Back Sunday
Tell All Your Friends

Their first and best record. Its just natural and powerful. They were simply
young and new enough to pull it off.
2Taking Back Sunday
Where You Want to Be

Similar to Tell All Your Friends but a little bit more emotional and less straight
forward. Almost as good.
3Taking Back Sunday
New Again

This is where people begin to have differing opinions. I felt New Again was a
very interesting record. It starts off strong and brings Taking Back sunday in a
new direction. The middle tracks can get kind of weak but it finishes beautifully
with Carpathia and Everything Must Go.
4Taking Back Sunday
Louder Now

The first Taking Back Sunday record I heard. Songs like Makedamnsure are
great and it is a solid album. I just missed the originality and spark that they
used to have.

Taking Back Sunday

I was really looking forward to this album especially with the original line up.
What I ended up with was a huge dissapointment. The album feels extremely
boring. None of the instrumental parts can hold my attention at all. The lyrics
are terrible even for the type of music TBS writes. The try to recapture their
former glory and fail miserably. The Best Places to be a Mom is the only song I
really enjoy. El Paso is interesting because it's different and the guitar on You
Got Me is enjoyable but the lyrics are cringe worthy.
