05.03.12 | this description is making my head hurt. but absolutely. i would do it even if i died after the last show. definitely worth it |
jlech
05.03.12 | When you really think of all the days that are essentially wasted doing nothing exceptional this would totally be worth it |
JohnnyoftheWell
05.03.12 | Hmmm...tempting, especially if this includes festivals
But by the end if the year, I would practically be dead anyway, lol |
MoosechriS
05.03.12 | Nope, just go to gigs now everyday for the next 20 years |

05.03.12 | Nahhh. Part of the allure of concerts, at least for me, is that I don't get to go to them often. It makes them that much more awesome and special when I do attend. I feel like this would be cool for about two weeks and then it'd get progressively less and less awesome, and by about month three, I'd deeply regret it. I would stick with the twenty extra years.
Plus, if you wanted to attend 365 concerts, you would only need to attend ~18 per year over the twenty year span, which is not hard, at all. Plus you would get all the extra days in between. |

05.03.12 | Only a social pariah who listens to music all day would take this offer over twenty years spending time with significant others, friends, family, and probably also finding plenty of time to go to concerts.
Oh, wait, this is Sputnik. |
jdennis31
05.03.12 | eh, if you don't have brothers/sisters, don't plan on having kids or getting married, then friends are really all you have left by the time you're 60. i don't think any of my friends really want to live past 60-70 either. so yea, this is somewhat intriguing for non social pariahs as well. and i mean i see a few active people past their 60s, but for the most part, it seems like they are just waiting to die by then. |
jdennis31
05.03.12 | but yea, this would be too exhausting. i'd have to be able to use this over the course of my life. |
fulgrim
05.03.12 | Hmm, interesting idea, although I think after a few weeks my ears would be absolutely fucked. |
bloc
05.03.12 | No way. As much as I like music, I don't really go out of my way to go to concerts very often. |
insomniac15
05.03.12 | Maybe 5 years but not 20. |
