04.03.20 | STARLESS AND... BIBLE BLLLAAAAAAAAAAAACK | ArsMoriendi
04.03.20 | Does Camel's The Snow Goose count? There are no lyrics on it | Mythodea
04.03.20 | Do these guys get under the atmospheric prog sign? Don't know. But, similar to these, I'd suggest:
1. Pink Floyd - Atom Heart Mother (for huge experimentation and the best orchestral piece from a rock band)
2. Caravan - In the Land of Grey and Pink (for proto-prog nostalgia)
3. Comus - First Utterance (for when you just have to sacrifice someone in the forest)
4. Aphrodite's Child - 666 (drunken geniuses sing the apocalypse)
5. McLuhan - Anomaly (jazzy horror stories)
6. Gentle Giant - Octopus (proto-prog alternative rock)
7. Rush - Caress of Steel (fun rockers aside, the two closing tracks are Tolkien narrated by prog rockers)
8. Eloy - Ocean (Floyd-esque soloing over Pompeii's demise) | JustJoe.
04.03.20 | riverside maybe or something because i don’t listen to any other prog | Mythodea
04.03.20 | Riverside is what I generally consider as atmospheric, but the albums listed fall closer to 70's progressive rock, so... | JustJoe.
04.03.20 | i figured as much so i’ll just leave this to the professionals
