Debating Grad School vs Not being in debt

I've been in real estate/appraisals for the past 9 years after graduating with a degree in English lit in undergrad (lmfao, oh if I could have a conversation with 18 year old Lucca now). I'm in my mid thirties but my fiancee thinks I should be happy with my life and is encouraging me to go back to school for psychology, which is what I have wanted to really do since I was 23...one year after I graduated undergrad. Real estate/appraisal review is OK and it's basically the only thing I have on my resume, but it is making for a super depressing life for me personally (I know a lot of people love it, not shitting on it). But I don't know. Debt forever? I eventually want to be a home owner. I'm about to get married and I have to pay for that. We talked about adopting forever (can't have biological kids). I don't know. Heavy mental war going on right now, not too sure what the move is here.
