| Concerts I've Attended
I decided to keep a running tally of all the concerts I've been to, with descriptions and such added over time. I'm very lucky to have seen the bands that I have being only 22 now, and to have such great family and friends around who helped mold my music taste to what it is today, and in many cases get the tickets to these shows. Covers are the album they were touring on and/or the album they played the most songs from. Almost all of them took place in Massachusetts. | 1 | | AC/DC Black Ice
My first major concert in 2009, this one with my dad who I had been listening to AC/DC, and many other bands, with for much of my childhood. This was an unforgettable one, at Gillette stadium. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJNWa0_mGcA | 2 | | U2 No Line on the Horizon
Same arena as the AC/DC one, also in 2009. This was their 360 tour, and the setlist was fantastic. U2 were one of the first bands I ever remember hearing in the house, and my mom and other family members were thrilled to be able to get tickets and finally see them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C6pw-GYNJnc | 3 | | The Beach Boys Sounds of Summer: The Very Best of The Beach Boys
Around 2010: This was a free outdoor concert that tons of people around the Boston area attended, another with my dad. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nF7H9qzVYhY | 4 | | Ozzy Osbourne Scream
Ozzfest in 2010. Ozzy also had tons of bands I was into at the time at the show like Devildriver, Motley Crue, and others. Fun fact: The Devildriver guitarist's dad was actually my dad's doctor for a while. My footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dVWzahb5JE | 5 | | A Day to Remember What Separates Me from You
2010 or 2011. There was also Pierce the Veil and We Came as Romans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6q_Nye_aYhg | 6 | | Bring Me the Horizon There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It...
Same concert as ADTR, also Pierce the Veil and We Came as Romans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M4d06xlb7Ks | 7 | | Herbie Hancock The Imagine Project
2011 or 2012: This was an outdoor concert with my dad, and the bass player was awesome. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QyhVQl0UuEg | 8 | | Victor Wooten Palmystery
2012: Him and Alex Webster (Cannibal Corpse) did a bass concert at the Berklee College of Music, which I considered attending for a while to study bass guitar. I met Alex after the show and told him what a musical inspiration he was to my playing, he was a really cool guy. My footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baxRKtmQZFw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nA_4Wzjo7fg | 9 | | Queens of the Stone Age ...Like Clockwork
2013: This is probably the best concert I had been to yet (probably tied with AC/DC and U2), completely badass with an amazing setlist. My dad scored my friend and I tickets, who had introduced me to them earlier that year, and this show confirmed them as one of my all time favorite bands: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bVb9RvQlHsY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XUmfnYOGfK8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OGElwlpqtjo | 10 | | Brand New The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me
2014: Mind-blowing stuff, they rocked the place. Shout out to Sputnikers Green Baron and Snake Delilah who were also in attendance. My footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ueLBF2J7DDA | 11 | | Modest Mouse Good News for People Who Love Bad News
Same place as Brand New, so an incredible night to see both bands. It was worth the 5 hour drive to New York to see them. They had also played some early, extended versions of what would become Strangers to Ourselves tracks like "Lampshades on Fire" and "Shit in Your Cut." My footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tu3mba55qB0 | 12 | | Arcade Fire Reflektor
2014: Since the QOTSA one, these were all with the same friend, and we'll hopefully go to more shows at some point. This one was quite the party. Elaborate costumes, amazing setlist, and practically front row seats. My footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIFRcqBe4Oc | 13 | | Steven Wilson Hand. Cannot. Erase.
2015: I consider my time on this website to have been the most valuable when it allowed me to (unofficially) see this show. Here's how it happened: My dad emailed my review of this album to someone who was selling the ticket online, as we were looking to see Steven Wilson live. The guy selling it read my review, and seeing that I was a fan, just sent me the ticket for free. Major score for sure, since Steven and his band played for hours, including the entire album for an electrifying experience. It would have been great to have gotten another ticket so my dad could go too, since he introduced me to Porcupine Tree over a decade ago. It was one of the best shows I had ever been to. They even played a few PT tunes, "Lazarus" and "Sleep Together." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yU3p6ovfYi8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F4d0GB26Bds | 14 | | Bear Hands You'll Pay For This
2016: The following four were the same place and time, Spring Fling festival at the Dunkin Donuts Center in Rhode Island with my girlfriend, who probably knew more about some of these bands than me. Bear Hands are a great underrated act. More dimensions to their sound live than in the studio imo
My footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67wRkP_sfzo | 15 | | Foals What Went Down
Foals were amazing, and the reason we went to this. They played a rare live one, Red Sox Pugie. My concert friend who saw them in PA was jealous I saw them play it, haha. My footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsL8ILi0lgo | 16 | | Silversun Pickups Better Nature
Hadn't heard much from these guys before, but they were great: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=buRYUUi0LBo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lm0J12SjGvI | 17 | | Cage The Elephant Tell Me I'm Pretty
I hadn't heard much from these guys either, but they had amazing stage presence. I don't know if the music itself quite matched up to the intensity of their performance, but very solid all around: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gI3-7c8M3YI | 18 | | Alcest Kodama
2017: (Deafheaven side project Creepers too) I was really glad to have caught this tour of one of the best albums of 2016. The setlist was amazing, and the guitar tone was impeccable. My footage: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZQ2tl_bWFA | 19 | | The National Sleep Well Beast
2017: Amazing show, really cool lights and video throughout too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avIRkkQfAgk | 20 | | King Crimson The Elements of King Crimson - 2017 Tour Box
2017: Early Birthday present, no footage because band didn't allow cameras. Should go without saying it was a fantastic show, with Tony Levin and Gavin Harrison there! | 21 | | Faust Faust IV
2018: One of my best friends from childhood found out about this at Brighton Music Hall and we both attended, being fans of Faust (myself a very casual one, only know a couple of their songs from the IV album) and krautrock in general. It was weird to say the least but fun, and impressive that they're still together after all this time. | 22 | | Radiohead A Moon Shaped Pool
2018: This was a long time coming, seeing my favorite band live and they did not disappoint. The setlist was fantastic, they played half of my all time favorite album OKC and some choice cuts from IR and Kid A as well. A highlight of my year to have attended https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjbC9L2_76o | 23 | | Thom Yorke Anima
2018: Was cool to see this a few months after the Radiohead show. His solo stuff is obviously pretty different, veering toward IDM for the most part with the Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, who was onstage with Thom here. A very unique and hypnotic concert, playing 2/3 of the new album Anima https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h2ZnQWZV73Q | 24 | | Steven Wilson To the Bone
2018: Great to see Steven Wilson again, very long and enjoyable show being just as good as the one from 2015 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLwIOkouyRs | 25 | | Xavier Rudd Spirit Bird
2019: Concert in Boston with my dad in September, preceding my 3 month trip to Australia I went in early 2020. Very fun and eclectic concert. | 26 | | Revolutionary Snake Ensemble Live Snakes
2022: First concert of the pandemic! I’ve seen them before, being a well known Boston jazz band with a rotating line-up. They love dressing up for Mardi Gra in crazy costumes. The saxophone player Ken Field taught me alto sax throughout middle school and high school, and is a family friend. | 27 | | Fleet Foxes Shore
8/10/2022: A fantastic show with a full sound and many of their best songs played. Extended concert because they chose Boston to be their show to be professionally filmed! | 28 | | My Morning Jacket My Morning Jacket
9/15/22: Well known for being one of the best live rock bands of the 21st century and that reputation is wholly deserved. The band were great and energetic, just wish the set list was a little better, but there was good variety. The encore was the highlight for me. | 29 | | Elvis Costello King of America
7/6/23: I'll be honest, I had no familiarity with Elvis Costello at all other than the song Peace, Love, and Understanding and just went because family members who had gotten the tix couldn't make it, so I got to go instead. It was a fun concert, very eclectic and all-over-the-place with genres and styles of music played. The instrumentalists were all very impressive and I appreciated it most on that level. Elvis said a few things that made me chuckle too and he had good energy. | |

03.30.17 | What concerts have you all been to recently? All time favorites? | JWT155
03.30.17 | Seen a handful of these these, Modest Mouse were terrible the night I saw them. Drank with QOTSA after a show. Most memorable shows for me have usually been the sentimental ones I've shared with friends and not necessarily the artists that night, but I've been to a few hundred shows so it's so hard to keep track now. Guess a fond memory was partying all night with Cage the elephant back in the day when they were touring with Muse, that was wild, good guys. | zakalwe
03.30.17 | Amazing! What were they like? How did you manage that? Why didn't you bottle muse? | TalonsOfFire
03.30.17 | Drank with QOTSA? Nice. I added more personal descriptions, agreed that who you see them with adds to the experience. I actually saw Cage the Elephant, and Silversun Pickups too, at the Foals show so I'll add them in. | Satellite
03.30.17 | top 10 alltime sets...
1) radiohead @ the palace of auburn hills (2009 i think)
2) beastie boys @ the state theatre in detroit (circa 06)
3) against me! (seen them dozens of times but the best was a secret house show in grand rapids)
4) the mars volta (x2)
5) btmi (x~10)
6) nofx (another band i've seen a shitload of times, but the best was when my friends and i road tripped to see them in cleveland)
7) bad religion (x4)
8) converge (x2)
9) the menzingers (once in detroit, once here in albuquerque)
10) the hold steady (3x) | JWT155
03.30.17 | I've been lucky to drink/party with a few different artists/bands, Menzingers, Kurt Vile, Inter Arma, a few others I can't remember, even had a friend who Ed Sheeran gave his number to. In all honesty, their just like anyone else, regular people who like to drink and have a good time.
Pro tip, if you want to drink with a band/artist after the show, geeking over them and asking them pointed questions about themselves is a great way to not make that happen, especially after a show: they're drained, they've played rock star all night long, chances are they've done local interviews, press stuff, meet and greets with fans, they just want to wind down and relax. I don't think I've ever talked with a musician about their music, mostly about dumb shit like sports, do they play/darts and pool and want to BS at the bar, they're touring so what cool cities and bars have they been to, go to drinks, etc. After partying with Cage they complimented my brother and I for just being cool dudes the whole night and showing them around town and some cool bars and not asking band questions or insisting on taking photos, and they even offered us photos at the end and we declined, the memories are good enough for me. | calmrose
03.30.17 | Last concert I went to was City of Caterpillar, which was such a surreal experience and overall just an awesome show. Hearing that self-titled album played live was life-changing, absolutely stunning. Best show I've been to was Neutral Milk Hotel in 2014; they fucking killed it and are easily the best band I've witnessed live, Jeff Mangum is GOAT. The three times I saw The Chariot were all dope, the last being on their farewell tour in 2013. Got to meet the band after their Warped Tour set in 2013 as well, super cool dudes. The two times I've seen mewithoutYou have been dope as well. | Conmaniac
03.30.17 | 16 is amazing live | Dewinged
03.30.17 | Would have loved to see 16 on the Swoon tour. | TalonsOfFire
03.30.17 | @JWT: I'll have to keep that in mind, you and your brother sound like cool dudes
@calmrose: I was almost able to see The National and Neutral Milk Hotel together in 2014, not sure if it was that same one, but would've been awesome if it had worked out.
@Conmaniac: I edited the list recently, but assuming you mean Silversun Pickups agreed. | Conmaniac
03.30.17 | saw em on the Neck of the Woods tour was pure fucking bliss. was a summer night about 70 degrees with a cool breeze, outdoor concert. they closed with Kissing Families after a 4 song encore mmmmmmmmm | zakalwe
03.30.17 | My god I could weep openly. Someone with an actual shred of decency, decorum and shows a bit of respect to other people. I thought all that had died out. Fair play to you dude. Why didn't your friend bottle ed sheeran? | Satellite
03.30.17 | 123 jwt. i never ask for autographs or pics with the musicians/comics i meet, even the ones i grew up idolizing. it sort of creates a disconnect that isn't necessary.
the first time i met chris from the lawrence arms after a sundowner show i geeked out hard at first. him and neil beat the dogshit out of my then-gf and i at billiards. i'd definitely rather have that memory than a fucking jpeg. | Satellite
03.30.17 | actually that was a lie... i had doug stanhope autograph a tour poster once. i left it behind at an apt i had to hastily abandon tho :/ | JWT155
03.30.17 | Agreed Satty, memories over some petty pics/signatures. | neekafat
03.30.17 | "This is probably the best concert I had been to yet, completely badass with an amazing setlist."
Soooooo fucking jealous | TalonsOfFire
03.30.17 | Yeah they played an amazing extended version of Chemistry, and luckily someone caught it on video and put it on Youtube. | theacademy
03.30.17 | last.fm is a good tool for tracking shows (nowadays you have to add more than in the past though, as a lot of the community has left it seems) | theacademy
03.30.17 | best set of all time imo:
http://www.setlist.fm/setlist/bomb-the-music-industry/2014/warsaw-brooklyn-ny-3c5f99f.html

03.30.17 | just saw jeff a few weeks ago, almost grabbed breakfast with them the next morning lol | Lord(e)Po)))ts
03.30.17 | this list makes me sad | TalonsOfFire
03.30.17 | sorry :/ not my intention | Lord(e)Po)))ts
03.30.17 | :[ | Lord(e)Po)))ts
03.30.17 | 7 would be legendary to see tho | TalonsOfFire
03.30.17 | Yeah he was really great | Wildcardbitchesss
03.30.17 | Off the top of my head
Alice In Chains x 2, Avenged Sevenfold, Deftones x4, The Dillinger Escape Plan x2, Between the Buried and Me, Incubus, Prophets of Rage, Ghost x3, Highly Suspect x 3, Chevelle, Primus, Tool, Code Orange x2, Skeletonwitch, Oathbreaker, Touche Amore, Every Time I Die x3, Death Angel, Anthrax, Slayer x2, Soundgarden, Nine Inch Nails.
Really the only band I'm really itching to see at this point is Converge. They hardly ever come to my area | Sinternet
03.30.17 | Best concert i've ever been to is probably mewithoutyou/twiabp, aaron was phenomenal. Close second is goat/josefin ohrn, such a cool and otherworldly experience. | Lord(e)Po)))ts
03.30.17 | that second one sounds like something i would definitely spend 20 dollars on that first one sounds like something i would definitely consider going to if it was free and all booze was supplied | Sinternet
03.30.17 | Lol well funnily enough it was the other way around, a friend paid for the goat show because she didnt want to go alone so turned out pre good | Lord(e)Po)))ts
03.30.17 | thats dope | MonotoneMop
03.30.17 | I'm not a big concert goer, but here's what I remember from when I was:
Circa Survive, Touche Amore, Joyce Manor (x2), Mew (x2), Beach Baby, Low Roar, From Indian Lakes (x2), Coheed and Cambria (x3), Iron Maiden, A Lot Like Birds, I The Mighty, Dowsing, Pity Sex, Between the Buried and Me, Russian Circles, O' Brother, Balance and Composure, Merry Christmas, Mute Math, The Thurston Moore Band (worst show ever, they actually got kicked off after an hour of noise and feedback)
A bunch of other bullshit house shows in high school college. The best show I've seen was Mew at The Roundhouse in London, but Joyce Manor was the most fun I've ever had when I saw them at a small house show near Seattle and a tiny tube-shaped club in Brighton. | Artuma
03.30.17 | victor wooten playing with a dude from cannibal corpse lmao that's gold | Dedes
03.30.17 | My personal favorite was probably Mayhem who i've seen twice with two really close friends of mine. I don't remember who was alongside them the first set other then I think Myrkur? However the second time around Black Anvil and Inquisition played and especially having only for the first time seen the aforementioned bands or even heard them I was really pleasantly surprised. Both bands absolutely killed it. Mayhem performed really well but they had a kind of shitty sound guy that hindered the performance slightly. | Chamberbelain
03.30.17 | I've seen over 400 live acts and I can't pick an ultimate favourite. That being said, I saw Gojira twice in a week this month and they were both life-affirming shows. | onionbubs
03.30.17 | best concert experience so far was thursday back in like december. they fucking know how to play to a crowd and the set list was like half of full collapse which was pretty great | accompliceofmydeath
03.30.17 | I wish I would've kept track of all the shows I've been to. Countless local hardcore shows, out of state shows, fests, etc. The ones that stick out the most are seeing Quicksand about 4 years ago, never thought I'd get to see them, roadtripping with my wife to Cleveland see The Movielife a couple years ago and Disembodied's final show here in Minneapolis. | Feather
03.30.17 | I think I'm gunna make a list like this, I have an ongoing list of every concert I've been to saved to my computer | TalonsOfFire
03.30.17 | It's a good idea, and you can usually find footage on youtube too | Artuma
03.30.17 | my favorite show was prolly sean bonnette last fall, i don't think i've ever had as much fun as at that show | Feather
03.30.17 | Yeah, I have most of the dates of the shows I went to so it shouldn't be hard to find footage. Not gunna lie though, I'm gunna have some lame stuff | AtomicWaste
03.30.17 | I saw Orbs last year and there we maybe 10 people in the venue and they still ruled hard.
I have tickets to go see Coheed's GAIBSIV show in Philly (with The Dear Hunter!) in May but I have some wheels in motion that may keep me from going, which would be a bummer. Saw the Keeping Secrets tour with Thank You Scientist and that was awesome though - Number City live was a great experience.
Saw Devin Townsend a couple times - both great. Best show was probably Scale the Summit / Devin Townsend Project / Cynic / BTBAM back in 2010. I couldn't really imagine a better bill. | SteveOffProbation
03.30.17 | I've seen attila twice I mean | onionbubs
03.30.17 | hard to beat that right there | RogueNine
03.30.17 | Cage was my first ever show (twas a free one too). | Titan
03.30.17 | only concert on this list that I saw was Black Ice......it was incredible | TalonsOfFire
03.30.17 | The singer for Cage was insane, kinda reminded me of Axl Rose or Iggy Pop in their heyday
Black Ice show was amazing yea, blew my young mind away | Dewinged
03.31.17 | Deftones (White Pony tour, came across in the local bar and hanged out with them, it was great), Faith No More (Patton arrived late and drunk af, he nailed Sinatra 10/10), Biohazard, Senser, Slayer (x2), Incubus, Manson, Patty Smith (fell asleep), Ben Harper, Muse, Slipknot, Guano Apes, Tool, Botch (the most brutal I've ever been), Iron Maiden (playing classics, cried like a baby during Wasted Years), Psilicon Flesh, Hamlet, Jet, Fu Manchu (they cancelled cause the stage started to fell off due to a desertic hurricane and sand storm, seein them run away was pretty fun) Prodigy (same festival, after a vandal apocalypse, 6 am, people naked, life changing experience) Pixies, Korn, The Rasmus (that guy with the feathers), Atom Rhumba, Nightwish, D.E.P., Turbonegro, Mastodon, Hermano, Clutch, Therapy?, Dream Theater, Ska-P, AA=, B'z, Hoobastank, Mogwai, Bon Iver (with The Staves, right before realising 22, a million, great stuff) Jose Gonzalez (last one I've been, he nailed it.)
That's all I remember, there's probably more but I was either drunk, stoned or asleep, most of them were in festivals and stuff. Seeing Sigur Ros this year and probably hitting Roadburn 2018, since I've been wanting to go for a long time now and this year couldn't be. | TalonsOfFire
03.31.17 | I need to start partying with these bands like you guys have been, but you make it sound easier than it probably is | Dewinged
03.31.17 | tbh Talons, it was totally by chance. Abe and Chino dropped from a van out of nowhere. Abe was looking for some pot and Chino walked right into the bar and disappeared. We found him after some hours at the back of the bar with a chick. He was pretty wasted and she wasn't happy lol. | TooManyFriends
03.31.17 | the most memorable encounter with a band dude i've met was probably dallas green. i was talking outside the bar with the bass player for alexisonfire and then this dude in a jean jacket came out and wanted to go to the mcdonalds across the street. was him. | bbgames
03.31.17 | I've seen Slayer, Anthrax, Death Angel (All 3 were together), Ghost, Gorguts (Probably my favorite show that I've been to), Opeth, Vektor and Mayhem (Playing De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas which was amazing).
I already have tickets for Morbid Angel/Suffocation in June and soon after that Gorguts is playing where they played before, so I'll likely see them again.
| KrunkChicken

04.02.17 | I did yes | KrunkChicken
04.08.17 | I was at the U2 concert as well. One of my first. | TalonsOfFire
04.08.17 | Oh nice, it was an amazing show | NuMetalMan

Animal Collective
Stargazing In 35mm (the whole band was going to my school, which is the only reason I know who they are)
Left Hand Smoke (left in middle of the set, they were at a festival) | TalonsOfFire
07.23.19 | Finally updated this with some new entries. 2018 and 2017 might be my favorite concert years, got to see multiple top favorite bands of mine. | Artuma
07.23.19 | just curious, how much does a radiohead show cost in 2018? | deathschool
07.23.19 | A piece of your soul | foxblood
07.23.19 | i've been thinking about doing a list like this ranking the top 100 sets I've seen, but i've seen probably about 500 sets in my life, I go to about at least 2-4 shows a week. at least 170 in the past year cuz i'm die hard. if you're in the bay area at a show, I'm there! | Feather
07.23.19 | foxblood, I feel that. I keep a spreadsheet to keep track haha | TalonsOfFire
07.23.19 | Including the Ticketmaster fee the Radiohead tix were about $110 each | Artuma
07.23.19 | oh god, i love radiohead and i still probably wouldn't pay that
jk of course i would. seems like you had a blast | Feather
07.23.19 | Just watched a coworker buy $240 Hozier tickets for their Lolla aftershow and I can't fathom why that would make sense to someone. $110 for Radiohead seems fine. | TalonsOfFire
07.23.19 | Yeah it was an amazing show | TalonsOfFire
01.13.21 | Only entry I hadn't added since pre-Covid 19 was an Xavier Rudd show in September 2019. 2020 was my first year in over a decade that I saw no live shows, guess that was the reality for most everyone else too :/ | TalonsOfFire
09.16.22 | Updated to include the two recent concerts I went to at Boston Seaport over the past month. | PotsyTater
09.16.22 | I’m so sorry | DocSportello
09.16.22 | I went to see Lady Gaga on Tuesday – a friend offered a free ticket, why not? – and I did not expect it to be the best overall show I've ever seen | TalonsOfFire
09.16.22 | I highly doubt that'd be the case for me, I'm really not a fan of her music outside of the songs from A Star is Born. It'd be very hard to pick a favorite concert but I guess it'd be Radiohead. | IsisScript80
09.16.22 | Oooh, fun exercise. Let me go through the memory banks (may need editing, if I miss stuff I recall later):
Spinal Tap (first concert ever... and yes, they performed live and in-character.), Bryan Adam's (lol--with support from Extreme, Squeeze and someone else), Meat Loaf, Hawkwind, Magnum, Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins, Deftones (bunch of times) A Perfect Circle, Queens of the Stone Age, The Mars Volta (at their hungry peak--incredible), Skinny Puppy, The Knife, Pixies, Bloc Party (on a freebie), Neurosis (several times... once notably with Jarboe), ISIS (around 3-or-so times... notable support was Boris, Oxbow, Jesu and the like), Heaven and Hell (w/ Lamb of God, Iced Earth), Animals as Leaders, Three Trapped Tigers, Mary J. Blige, Sparta, My Dying Bride, Dillinger Escape Plan (whole bunch of times), Metallica (w/ Machine Head and... fucking HIM of all bands!), Godspeed You! 09.18.22 | Wow that's a lot! I almost saw Opeth once, but their setlists leave a lot to be desired from what I've seen. Would love to see Porcupine Tree and Tool some time. | IsisScript80
09.19.22 | ^ The Opeth gigs I saw were around 2010 and prior, and were great. Judging by their later output, I can believe their recent setlists aren't as strong. | TalonsOfFire
09.20.22 | They often do Sorceress, Cusp of Eternity, the Devil's Orchard, Slither sometimes, Deliverance, a few songs from ICV, and a couple from the 2000s albums. Usually nothing from the 90s except maybe Demon of the Fall or Credence. Their shows also aren't that long, and Deliverance is a good song but they always do it and eat up a lot of time at 13 minutes. Still I'd happily see them live cause it's Opeth, but yea pre-2010s setlists were excellent I bet. | AlexKzillion
09.20.22 | i agree that the best shows are typically the ones you remember with your friends/family
saw deftones/rise against/thrice with my brother in like 2016, first mosh pit ever, right at the climax of prayer to the refugee... will never forget that
caught injury reserve in small club, took edibles for the first time and got unconsciously stoned with my best friends
saw btbam earlier this year with a girl i was seeing, danced with her during the "ants of the sky" hoedown | Wildcardbitchesss
09.20.22 | Seeing Ghost with Mastodon and Spiritbox on Wednesday, then tucking Converge on Friday, then I’m coming back to town for some dogshit radio rock festival this girl is dragging me to. Can’t wait to spend all day out in the heat and pay $12 a beer. | TalonsOfFire
07.07.23 | Just updated. Should be seeing MMJ again in the fall, and Local Natives for the first time in August. |
