Actually there are a lot of sites with the full lyrics translated. Google would help, but since german is such a complicated language the translations would be somewhat messed up.

Rammstein's lyrics are mostly awful, but some of the themes are pretty deep, even if they are presented in a really basic and not-profound lyric.
That being said, they're still fucking awesome.
